About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking individual to join our Compliance Delivery Finance team at Sanctuary Group. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive financial performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their financial needs and provide timely and accurate financial information
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to support business decision-making
  • Lead on financial planning and budgeting, including forecasting and scenario planning
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Provide financial guidance and support to colleagues across the business

Requirements

  • Recent experience of working in a similar finance environment
  • Fully or part qualified or working towards a CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work
