Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Halfords. As a key member of our Finance Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and providing strategic financial support to stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Finance teams to deliver strategic objectives and drive business growth through effective financial planning and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to support business stakeholders and inform decision-making.
  • Work closely with the Finance Leadership Team to identify and mitigate financial risks, and develop strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and finance teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Dynamic and results-driven individual with a high level of energy and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI, with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models and reports.
  • Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, and the ability to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Fully qualified chartered accountant with experience in property, or equivalent experience in a related field.
