Role Overview:

Halfords is seeking a skilled Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial support to the business. As a key member of the Finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving business performance and making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Finance team to deliver strategic objectives and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to inform commercial decision making.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Support the Finance Leadership Team in controlling costs and driving operational efficiencies.
  • Contribute to the creation of budgets and forecasts, and participate in risk and opportunity processes.
  • Offer ad hoc financial information and analysis to support various projects.
  • Present financial information to stakeholders, including the B2B Retail Leadership Team.

Requirements:


• A dynamic and results-driven individual with a high level of energy.


• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience of PowerBI desirable.


• A fully qualified chartered accountant with experience in property is desirable.


• The role is based at our Support Centre in Redditch, with a minimum of 2 days per week to be office based.
