This role involves providing administrative support to the contracts team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract documentation, including preparation and submission of reports and claims.
  • Coordinate site visits, scheduling inspections and conducting risk assessments as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities, identifying potential partnerships and collaborations.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in contract administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.
