Job Title: Telecare Support Response Officer

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Telecare Support Response Officer to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. As a Telecare Support Response Officer, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to vulnerable individuals in our community.

About the Service

Our SMART service provides a 24/7 alarm monitoring and response service to approximately 6,000 vulnerable people. Our team of Telecare Support Response Officers monitor activations from clients and arrange assistance as necessary. In situations where welfare assistance and support are required, a Telecare Support and Response Officer will be deployed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor alarm activations and respond accordingly
  • Provide support and assistance to vulnerable individuals
  • Work closely with emergency services, such as the London Ambulance Service and Police
  • Participate in training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Up-to-date First Aid Training
  • Fire Evacuation Awareness training
  • Understanding of lifting techniques
  • Enhanced DBS Check
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work shifts and drive in Central London
