About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Telecare Support Response Officer to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. As a Telecare Support Response Officer, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to vulnerable individuals in Southwark and Lambeth Boroughs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor alarm activations and respond to emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide welfare assistance and support to clients in crisis, including lifting techniques and first aid.
  • Work closely with the London Ambulance Service, Police, and Fire Service to ensure seamless support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent communication and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Up-to-date first aid training and fire evacuation awareness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think clearly and remain calm in difficult situations.
  • Current UK driving license and ability to drive in Central London.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
