Customer Services Supervisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Services Supervisor to join our team at The Little Fine Wine Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing efficient systems to support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order processing and tracking of courier deliveries
  • Liaising with customers and responding to their enquiries
  • Organising mail outs and assisting on marketing and social media initiatives
  • Packing of orders and receiving of deliveries
  • Assisting with product set-up on the website, including writing wine descriptions/tasting notes and bottle photography
  • General office management tasks and assisting with ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills both written and spoken
  • Excellent customer service
  • Proficient in Excel and good all-round computer skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Ability to work independently to a high standard
  • Organised, with an eye for developing scalable processes
  • Good analytical skills
  • An interest in wine and food
