Materials Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Materials Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials into our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking in new deliveries and verifying their accuracy
- Conducting random quality checks on received products
- Inspecting products according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Identifying and reporting any issues or concerns to Team Leaders
- Repacking products for despatch
- Maintaining a safe working environment
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software
- Good communication skills and ability to work with colleagues
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm (overtime available)
