About the Role

As a Central Services Coordinator at BroadShield Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Your responsibilities will include coordination, administration, and delivery of tasks that support our business, including meetings, purchasing, reporting, onboarding new starters, and other administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of administration and implementation in a variety of internal projects across all departments.
  • Maintain and replenish office supplies, including the kitchen area, stationery, and DSE items.
  • Manage information and produce documents, using spreadsheets, documents, and presentations to company-branded guidelines and templates.
  • Update the Document Management System and format approved documentation to company branding.
  • Manage and liaise with our IT support provider for any IT issues raised.
  • Set up accounts and issue IT assets to new staff, liaising with our IT support provider for any issues.
  • Help develop a variety of training materials, including manuals, quick reference guides, and online documentation.
Essential Skills
  • GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C or Equivalent.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office, including complex formulas, macros, and mail merges.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to assess priorities and problem-solve day-to-day issues.
  • Previous experience of using SharePoint.
  • Experience of working in a busy office in a coordination or similar role.

  • Knowledge of information security.
