Certain Advantage is seeking a Manufacturing Planning Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing planning, supply chain management, or a related field.

This role involves coordinating and executing activities related to planning and procurement of materials, ensuring timely and adequate supply of materials for manufacturing. The candidate will also be responsible for managing and scheduling work in the MRP system, maintaining delivery forecasts, and ensuring efficient inventory levels.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience in manufacturing planning, supply chain management, or a related position, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and MRP systems. They will also have good planning and organizing skills, communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Certainly, this role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management principles. The candidate will work closely with the Supply Planner to communicate potential plan changes and resolve constraints in the supply chain.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and executing activities related to planning and procurement of materials
  • Managing and scheduling work in the MRP system
