Ryder Reid Legal Limited is a dynamic US law firm looking for a Debt Finance Paralegal to join their team. This fixed term contract position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to gain valuable experience working on complex transactional matters.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide support to the Debt Finance team in all stages of transactions, including due diligence, document preparation, and review. They will also assist the team in identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with transactions.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as a Debt Finance Paralegal, preferably gained from a similar US law firm environment. Future trainees with previous experience and 6+ months availability will also be considered.

Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of debt finance transactions and relevant laws.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
