We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Debt Specialist Advisor to join our team at Advance Charity.

As a Finance and Debt Specialist Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing vital support services to women survivors of domestic abuse.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments via phone and face-to-face sessions to provide advocacy and support that empowers survivors during crises and in the short term.

You will maintain accurate project logs and collate data from the logs for Team Managers.

An exceptional understanding of supporting women who have experienced domestic violence, forced marriage, or 'honour-based violence' is essential.

The successful candidate will also have experience of providing finance and debt advice, successfully managing high numbers of calls and/or cases.

About the role:

This is a full-time position based in Hammersmith, with the potential for flexible working arrangements.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.

We offer a range of benefits including 30 days of paid holiday per year (pro rata for part-time), plus public holidays on top.

We also offer clinical supervision for front-line staff and first-line management roles, access to our Employee Assistance Programme, and a refer-a-friend scheme.
