We are currently seeking a highly skilled Debt Finance Transaction Coordinator to join our team on an initial 6 month fixed term contract basis. As a key member of the Debt Finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the preparation and execution of debt finance transactions.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work closely with the Debt Finance team to prepare and draft documents and agreements, provide assistance on venture capital financings, debt financings, public offerings and M&A, and support lawyers with preparation of closings. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in debt finance, ideally gained from a similar US law firm environment. Future trainees with previous experience and 6 + months availability will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and draft documents and agreements
- Provide assistance on venture capital financings, debt financings, public offerings and M&A
- Support lawyers with preparation of closings
- Work closely with the Debt Finance team to achieve project goals

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits including professional development opportunities, flexible working hours, and a supportive team environment.
