The role of Junior debt financing lawyer (0-3yrs PQE) is a highly proactive position that guides various business and non-revenue areas on execution and regulatory matters. This includes working across a broad range of high-profile debt financing transactions, reviewing and negotiating documents, advising on transaction structuring, and participating in the credit review process.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong critical thinking skills, experience in acquisition finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance, or structured financing, and good teamwork skills. If you have 0-3 year post qualification experience at a top-tier law firm and are interested in financial law, our team might be right for you.
