About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Leader to join our team at River Island. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing profit in your store, while also ensuring that every customer receives a world-class shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and maximize profit by identifying opportunities to increase store contribution, implementing effective store layouts, and analyzing sales reports.
  • Connect with customers by leading by example and motivating your team to provide genuine service and up-sell opportunities.
  • Recruit and retain top talent by being passionate about your team's career development and investing time in training and coaching.
  • Control costs and manage loss prevention by effectively managing payroll, stock management, and operational controls.
  • Have a proven track record in managing store KPIs, including sales, payroll, controllable costs, stock loss, and service.
  • Be a great communicator across all levels and have great leadership skills.
  • Be passionate about delivering a world-class experience to our customers.
  • Have previous experience at Store Manager level or be an experienced Deputy Manager looking for your next step up.
