Hott Source is seeking a highly skilled Data Support Engineer to join our team. As a Data Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and administering a range of cloud and on-prem platforms and services, providing support to our internal base of users, assisting on internal projects and infrastructure upgrades, and performing daily system checks/backups.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Platform Management: Manage and administer cloud and on-prem platforms and services, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
  2. User Support: Provide timely and effective support to our internal users, addressing technical issues and concerns.
  3. Project Assistance: Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of internal projects and infrastructure upgrades.
  4. System Monitoring: Perform daily system checks and backups to ensure data integrity and system availability.

  1. Technical Skills:
  • Microsoft 365 (including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Windows 10-11 and macOS
  • Intune or Jamf
  • Azure, Entra ID
  • Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022
  • PowerShell
  • Active Directory, Group Policy
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery
  • Networking, Wi-Fi, and IT Security
  • Google Workspace
Soft Skills:
