Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Encourage young people to participate in activities and take responsibility for their lives
- Maintain a homely and friendly culture in the residential home
- Deal with challenging behaviours when necessary
- Protect children and young people from risks to their health and welfare
- Provide support for the children and young people in the home and promote their independence and well-being

Requirements:
- Experience as a Children's Residential Support Worker or with young people is desirable but not essential
- Ability to commute to Wisbech, Cambridgeshire
- Full UK manual driver's licence
