Job Title: Child Support Worker / Young Adult Support Worker - Residential

Location: Meldreth, Hertfordshire

Salary: DAYS - £11.78 per hour - £24,375 (unqualified) - £26,582 (Level 3) depending on qualifications and experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Meldreth, Hertfordshire. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young adults in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support and care to children and young adults with complex needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive living environment that promotes independence and well-being

Requirements:
