About the Role

As a Student Recruitment Team Lead at UAPP, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a team of Student Recruitment Advisors, ensuring that our high standards of student guidance are maintained.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of advisors to ensure student recruitment goals are met.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor advisors, providing them with resources to enhance performance.
  • Performance Management: Conduct meaningful 1-2-1 sessions on call quality, customer outcomes, and performance KPIs.
  • Industry Knowledge: Ensure you and your team stay updated on UK university programs, entry criteria, and industry trends.
  • Pipeline Management: Track enquiries, applications, admissions data, and manage student recruitment pipelines.
  • Communication: Utilise various communication channels to engage with prospective students and nurture leads.
  • Student Support: Maintain ongoing communication with prospective students to keep them engaged and informed throughout the admissions process.
  • Advisory Support: Assist advisors with providing personalised guidance to students on university options and admission requirements.
  • Strategy Development: Be part of conversations to brainstorm strategies to improve student conversion rates from initial contact through to enrolment.
  • Event Representation: Represent UAPP at events and workshops.
  • Problem-Solving: Solve problems and resolve conflicts.
  • Reporting: Report and present progress to the Sales Manager.
About You

We are seeking candidates with the following:

  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • 1-3 Years of Proven Experience in Education Consulting or Student Recruitment
  • Strong Leadership, Mentoring, and Team Management Skills
  • In-Depth Knowledge of UK Universities, Courses, and Admission Processes
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving Skills
  • High Attention to Detail
  • Results-Driven and Customer-Focused Mindset
