Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in clinical settings, with a strong track record in managing complex healthcare services.
  • Deep understanding of service redesign, clinical pathways, and system reform.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, industry standards, and NHS contract requirements.
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality assurance, and compliance with relevant policies.

What We Offer:
