We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Associate Director of Healthcare Staffing and Care Assurance. In this role, you will lead national improvement and assurance programmes, overseeing strategic planning and delivery of key initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of national healthcare policies and legislative frameworks, as well as prior experience in developing and implementing quality management approaches. Excellent leadership skills are essential to navigate complex political environments and provide advice and constructive challenge to policy leads and senior leaders.

You will work closely with our dedicated team to develop and implement quality management approaches, influencing national policies and legislative frameworks. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to make a significant impact on the quality and safety of care delivery in Scotland.

Requirements:

Salary: £99,534 - £103,795 (Band 8D)
