About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate Director to lead our operations and growth across Scotland within the healthcare sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing the healthcare sector in the region, driving strategic expansion, and championing talent development.



Key Responsibilities


  • Identify regional sector growth opportunities aligned with national strategy.
  • Develop and implement regional sector plans to increase market share with both existing and new clients.
  • Lead business development efforts to drive revenue growth.
  • Champion talent development initiatives to upskill emerging leaders.
  • Set and maintain high standards of service delivery with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across sectors and regions to share best practices and deliver value to clients.
  • Deliver financial targets, including revenue, profit, and headcount growth.
  • Provide regular regional market insights to inform sector strategies.


Requirements


  • An extensive network and in-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector.
  • Proven experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • A track record of delivering results, including financial targets and market share growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating teams and building collaborative relationships.
  • Membership of RICS or a similar professional qualification.
