Job Description:

As a Luxury Club Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our luxury residential and corporate developments. This will include managing the club, including swimming pool and pool plant operations, as well as delivering a range of fitness services, including personal training. You will also be the first point of contact for all enquiries, delivering levels of customer service and answering telephone calls. In addition, you will work with the management team and colleagues, balancing relationships and exceeding expectations.

Requirements:
  • A fitness qualification (minimum level 2).
  • Swimming pool or pool plant operations experience.
  • The ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel to a good standard.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
