Account Growth Manager

Working in conjunction with lead generators, you will identify new business opportunities and service existing clients, capitalizing on your expertise in commercial insurance to drive business growth.
A reputable regional insurance broker is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill this critical role. With a focus on supporting ambitious brokers, this company has a history of helping individuals develop significant books of business and achieve success in commercial account management.
The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in commercial insurance, with a good understanding of property, liability, and motor insurance lines. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and generate new business opportunities.
The company offers a competitive basic salary range of £35K - £55K, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package, including a car allowance, private medical insurance, and pension contributions. A performance-based bonus scheme will also be in place, recognizing outstanding achievements in new business acquisition.
