Job OpportunityWe are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Support Workers or Senior Support Workers in three beautiful Good and Outstanding homes in an idyllic Peak District setting.
You will be part of a diverse workforce that can empathise with the cultures and issues our residents face.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure each resident is safe and cared for effectively, addressing their care, education, social, emotional, cultural, therapeutic, and health needs.
- Work in partnership with parents, families, carers, and other professionals to advocate for, safeguard, and promote the welfare of our residents.
- Cover various shifts including early mornings, late evenings, and sleep-ins, on weekdays, weekends, and Bank Holidays, within the Homes and on residential trips.
- An estimated salary of £11.75 - £12.27 per hour, depending on experience, plus £66 per sleep-in, typically 6-8 nights per month.

- Some previous experience working in children's residential care settings (or similar) is desired.
- Senior roles require level 3/4 in residential Childcare (or equivalents).
- Applicants must be able to commit to full-time (40 hours/week) working, including sleep-ins and, potentially, short residential trips away with our residents.
