Key Responsibilities:

As a Residential Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people. This will involve leading a team of staff, developing and implementing care plans, and working closely with other services to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Requirements:

This role requires a qualified and experienced manager with a strong background in residential care. You will need to have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, as well as a management qualification. You will also need to have experience of working with children and young people in a residential setting, and a proven track record of managing staff and budgets.
