Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer care.
  • Hold the CQC/CIW registration for the branch and ensure compliance with CQC/CIW guidelines.
  • Recruit and develop a team of carers, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the commercial growth of the branch.
  • Regularly review branch operations to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Communicate and implement policies and procedures effectively within the branch.
  • Support staff and carers with training and development.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be willing to work towards achieving this. You'll also require knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance, as well as experience working in the care sector at management level. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also essential.
