Care Services Manager

Helping Hands is a leading provider of home care services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Services Manager to lead our Macclesfield branch.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high-quality care to customers.
- Hold the CQC/CIW registration for the branch and ensure compliance with CQC/CIW guidelines.
- Recruit and develop a team of carers to deliver exceptional care services.
- Drive the commercial growth of the branch through new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure customer needs are met and policies are implemented effectively.
- Support staff and carers in their training and development.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be willing to work towards achieving this. You'll also require knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in line with CQC/CIW guidance, as well as experience in the care sector at a management level. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also essential.
