- Manage the quality and timeliness of a broad variety of projects across Property, Real Estate, Facilities Management, and CAPEX.
- Create and manage project budgets, including cost estimations and tracking of expenses, allocating resources effectively to maximize efficiency and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
- Ensure projects comply with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies, implementing measures to maintain high standards of work throughout the project.
- Effectively collaborate with internal teams and manage external stakeholders, such as consultants, contractors, suppliers, business owners, and authorities, to ensure project success.
- Develop a robust network of contractors and suppliers to support project delivery.
- Strong project management experience and an understanding of methodologies, tools, and techniques, with experience within Property, Real Estate, Facilities Management, and CAPEX.
- Knowledge of property and capex projects regulations, codes, and standards.
- Negotiation, risk management, compliance, and contract management experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective stakeholder management acumen, and contract management experience.
- Understanding of the development cycle, including business case, design, consents, procurement, delivery, handover, and project management.
- Ability to travel to sites across Southern England when required.
