About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Estate Manager to lead the operations of a brand-new Build to Rent (BTR) scheme. You will oversee a diverse team of over 10 members, including a Facilities Manager and Leasing Manager, front of house, maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of this state-of-the-art residential and commercial estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the autonomous management of the entire estate, including both residential and commercial elements.
  • Coordinate with main contractors and third-party service providers to handle snagging and defect management efficiently.
  • Assist the Facilities Manager in monitoring stock levels and maintaining health and safety compliance.
  • Take ownership of property management systems, prepare reports, and manage bank accounts/payments, including debt management.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in managing large-scale residential estates, including both residential and commercial elements.
  • A hands-on approach to management with the ability to solve problems and drive operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, compliance, and financial management.
