Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate Opportunity

BCL Legal is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Birmingham team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile commercial development and investment transactions, and be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking firm that offers exceptional training, support, and a highly competitive financial package.

The Role:
  • Working on a broad range of investment and development projects, particularly within the logistics, office, and mixed-use sectors, for clients such as institutions, property companies, developers, and corporate occupiers.
  • Acquisition and disposal of land and properties, both freehold and leasehold (including unregistered land);
  • Handling major real estate investment assets;
  • Managing large-scale redevelopment projects;
  • Advising on lettings, pre-lettings, and property management;
  • Overseeing real estate portfolio management;
  • Arranging funding for real estate transactions.

You will also take an active role in marketing and business development, including client training and networking events.

Requirements:
  • Strong real estate experience to include commercial development and investment exposure, whether from a leading national or international firm, or a well-established regional practice.
  • A desire to be involved in business development and networking.
