Job Overview:

This Full-Time SEN Support Professional role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with Special Educational Needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted support to students with SEN, including SEMH needs.
  • Implement tailored strategies to address individual EHCP objectives.
  • Facilitate differentiated learning to support diverse abilities.
  • Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions to improve academic and emotional resilience.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience supporting students with SEMH, ASD, or other behavioural needs is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of EHCPs, IEPs, and other SEN support documentation is necessary.
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure and Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable) are mandatory.
