ClassRoom Support is committed to creating an inclusive educational environment where all students can thrive. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team.

**Job Description:**

This role involves providing individualized support to students with SEN in the classroom, working closely with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans and behavior management strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEN support strategies and a commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN in the classroom
* Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans and behavior management strategies
* Creating a safe and supportive environment that promotes social and emotional well-being
* Communicating with professionals involved in students’ care to ensure a holistic approach

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

* Previous experience working with ASD and/or ADHD is essential
* Strong understanding of SEN support strategies and commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
* Relevant certifications or training in SEN is desirable

**Salary Range:** $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
