About Our Role

We are looking for a qualified SEN Teacher to teach students with special educational needs in a supportive environment at GSL Education in Watford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and creating personalized learning plans for our students.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing tailored interventions, assessing and monitoring student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to develop effective education plans. A passion for working with students with SEN and a commitment to their educational and emotional well-being are essential for this role.

To succeed in this position, you must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), have experience teaching students with SEN, and possess relevant qualifications such as SENCO or SEN teaching certifications. Additionally, you must hold the Right to Work in the UK and an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service.
