Job Description:

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Special Needs Education Manager to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students who may present with complex profiles of need as a result of autism and other types of neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.

You will work closely with the site to ensure the seamless integration of the Clinical Team provision into the day-to-day running of the school, offering assessments, advice, and consultation, as well as direct interventions.

As a Special Needs Education Manager, you will be responsible for supporting young students' needs in line with provision set in their Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) and identifying any further emerging needs.

The ideal candidate will have a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
