About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Case Coordinator to join our EHCP service. As a Case Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to access inclusive and appropriate education.

About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is committed to improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND. Our team works closely with education providers, health professionals, and social care services to ensure that children and young people receive the support they need to succeed.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work co-productively with other professionals, children, and young people. You will also need to have experience of working with children and young people with SEND, as well as knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and its application.
