About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Receptionist to join our team at ABode Canterbury, a stylish four-star boutique hotel on Canterbury High Street. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a key role in ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with room maintenance, reporting any issues to the Housekeeping team.
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
