About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and welcoming individual to join our team as a Hotel Receptionist at ABode Canterbury. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an amazing experience every time they visit us.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring that they feel valued and cared for.
- Manage the reception desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and any other guest-related queries or issues.
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
