Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement floor plans for new stores, retrofits, and special projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to inform design decisions and enhance customer experiences.
  • Work closely with merchandising teams to create planograms for all space variances, ensuring optimal product placement and visual appeal.
  • Design and present analytics and KPIs to inform business decisions and drive operational excellence.
  • Identify key customer metrics and utilize them to enhance customer experiences, driving loyalty and retention.

We build strategies around our customer journey and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic and effective executions in our stores.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., retail management, visual merchandising, or a related field).
  • Experience using Space Planning software for floor plan production (e.g., JDA/Blue Yonder).
  • Proven track record of owning projects from start to finish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in an ambiguous environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in independently identifying and delivering data-driven operational improvement projects.
  • Experience in designing and implementing new processes, working backwards from customer requirements.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams within a physical retail environment.
  • Familiarity with SQL.
