We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team at Byron Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5 and overseeing the processing of payrolls on a monthly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a payroll team of 5
- Process payrolls monthly
- Manage payroll systems
- Check expenses, labour invoices, rates and timesheets
- Administer payroll changes, leavers, new starters and salary reviews
- Conduct budgetary and standard cost reporting
- Depict labour and department budgets
- Provide monthly reporting and analysis
- Support and liaise with senior management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a payroll management position
- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong relationship management skills
- A professional payroll qualification
- Extensive payroll knowledge and experience of processing large volumes payrolls
- Strong audit skills
- Adaptable to change and work well under pressure
