We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team at Byron Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5 and overseeing the processing of payrolls on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a payroll team of 5
  • Process payrolls monthly
  • Manage payroll systems
  • Check expenses, labour invoices, rates and timesheets
  • Administer payroll changes, leavers, new starters and salary reviews
  • Conduct budgetary and standard cost reporting
  • Depict labour and department budgets
  • Provide monthly reporting and analysis
  • Support and liaise with senior management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a payroll management position
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • A professional payroll qualification
  • Extensive payroll knowledge and experience of processing large volumes payrolls
  • Strong audit skills
  • Adaptable to change and work well under pressure
