Chefs Bay Hospitality is seeking a skilled CDP/Breakfast Chef to join our team at a coffee shop/breakfast café in Chester City Centre.

This is a temporary ongoing position, with the potential to lead to a permanent role. The ideal candidate will be able to start immediately and is required to work 30 hours per week, covering shifts on any 3/4 days out of seven, with hours between 07:00 and 16:00.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver excellent guest service.
  • Develop and maintain a passion for the food industry, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Flexible attitude to working hours and variable shift patterns.
  • Interest and passion for the food industry.
  • NVQ level 1& 2 or equivalent as a minimum.
  • Team player.
  • Guest service focused.
  • Calm under extreme pressure.
  • Responsible.
  • Keen to develop and eager to learn.
  • Professional personal presentation.
