Account Manager Role at CPI Selection

CPI Selection is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team in Oxfordshire. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and onboarding client accounts, building strong relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse client accounts to identify growth opportunities
  • Use Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track account activities and sales progress
  • Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and optimize product usage
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive sales
  • Monitor the success of existing accounts and provide support through regular check-ins
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM and customer records

Requirements:

  • Ability to commute to Oxfordshire or willingness to relocate before starting
  • A-Level or equivalent education (required)
  • 2 years of experience in account management or sales (required)
  • Proficiency in English (required)
