Senior Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team at Lucy Electric. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong partnerships with senior managers and their teams within the Lucy Electric businesses.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop complex analyses and deliver financial insight to enhance decision making and influence business strategy. You will work closely with our senior management team to provide financial support and guidance on business initiatives, including the development of business cases, business model definition, and investment decision support.
In addition to your analytical skills, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial data to non-finance employees. You will also have the ability to create and use complex financial models for development and analysis of the business.
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing financial support and guidance to our business teams, including the development of financial models, analysis of financial data, and provision of financial insights to inform business decisions.
You will also be responsible for working closely with our senior management team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with senior managers and their teams within the Lucy Electric businesses.
- Develop complex analyses and deliver financial insight to enhance decision making and influence business strategy.
- Provide financial support and guidance on business initiatives, including the development of business cases, business model definition, and investment decision support.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision making.
- Provide financial insights to inform business decisions.
- Work closely with senior management team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Commercially strong with an ability to identify and shape opportunities/risks, influencing behaviour and decisions which improve business results.
- Experience in a senior Finance Management role with P&L and balance sheet accountability.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office software and finance packages.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both one to one and group environments, with the ability to communicate complex financial data to non-finance employees.
- Ability to create and use complex financial models for development and analysis of the business.
