About the Role

The Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Development Manager to join their team. This exciting opportunity will see you working at the Yeats Lodge, Thame, where you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the development.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the property, ensuring that it remains in excellent condition for our Home Owners.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinating Events: Organize activities and events for our Home Owners, creating a warm and welcoming community.
  • Liaising with Contractors and Suppliers: Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard.

Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in providing excellent customer service, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
  • Administration Skills: Strong administration skills, including Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook.
  • Leadership Ability: The ability to lead and motivate a team, if required.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and respond to challenging situations.
