Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced mental health lawyer to join our team as a panel member in the mental health department. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of challenging cases while collaborating with a friendly and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a caseload of mental health files and represent clients in Tribunal and Hospital Managers' hearings.
  • Attend CPA and s117 meetings to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified CILEx or Solicitor with experience in mental health law, possessing excellent communication and advocacy skills. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality client service.

Requirements
  • A minimum salary of £60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
  • A strong understanding of LAA contracts and their application in London and Birmingham.
  • An ability to contribute to the growth of the department through business development activities.
