LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Tribunal Panel Member to join our team. As a key member of our Mental Health Team, you will play a vital role in providing expert representation to clients in mental health law cases.
Job Description:
This role involves managing a varied caseload of mental health law files, representing clients in Tribunal and Hospital Managers' hearings, attending Care Programme Approach (CPA) and Section 117 aftercare meetings, and ensuring compliance with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements. You will also contribute to department growth by generating new business and participating in marketing initiatives.

Our team operates primarily in a remote working model, but access to office facilities in Central London is available for those who prefer a hybrid arrangement. We are committed to providing a supportive and friendly team culture that prioritises flexibility and professional development.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £65,000 - £85,000 per annum depending on experience, flexible working arrangements, a supportive team culture, and opportunities to represent clients in diverse settings.
