Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Mental Health Law Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in London and Birmingham, as well as three high-secure hospitals across England.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Caseload Management: Effectively manage a personal caseload of mental health law files.
  • Client Representation: Advocate for clients in Tribunal and Hospital Managers' hearings.
  • Meeting Participation: Attend Care Programme Approach (CPA) and Section 117 aftercare meetings.
  • Compliance Oversight: Meet fee-earning targets and ensure adherence to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
  • Business Development Support: Contribute to department growth by generating new business and participating in marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in representing clients in mental health law cases, be highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing a varied caseload remotely. They will also demonstrate a strong commitment to client care and uphold professional standards.
