Job Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling complex mental health law cases, providing expert advice to clients, and representing them in court. They will also be expected to maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and contribute to the firm's continued success.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in mental health law
  • Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Tribunal procedures
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
