Mental Health Solicitor Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Solicitor to join our team. As a specialist in mental capacity and Court of Protection matters, you will be responsible for handling a range of mental health casework, including tribunal representation.
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in mental health casework and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

You will be able to write and deliver training on mental health and mental capacity law issues.
Key Responsibilities- Handle a range of mental health casework, including tribunal representation.
- Apply knowledge of mental health law and procedures to support clients.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to provide comprehensive services.
