Job Title: School Mental Health Expert

We are seeking an experienced School Mental Health Expert to join our team at Minds Ahead, a leading social enterprise dedicated to reshaping school mental health. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving mental well-being in education and a proven track record of delivering effective training programs.

As the School Mental Health Expert, you will play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality mental health training programs for schools across the UK. You will work closely with our professional development team to design and deliver innovative training solutions that meet the needs of learners and improve student outcomes.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with schools, teachers, and other stakeholders. You will also be a creative problem-solver, able to think critically and develop effective solutions to complex challenges.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.
